Description:
Bu fonksiyon aracın belirli bölgelerindeki hasar durumunu verir.
(vehicleid, &panels, &doors, &lights, &tires)
| vehicleid | Hasar bilgisi alınacak aracın ID numarası. |
| panels | Aracın panellerindeki hasar durumu. |
| doors | Aracın kapılarındaki hasar durumu. |
| lights | Aracın farlarındaki hasar durumu. |
| tires | Aracın tekerleklerindeki hasar durumu. |
