I think we should remove the 3rd party code from here. It's ok to warn the scripters about the bugs of OnPlayerWeaponShot and link them to possible fixes on SA-MP forums, Github etc, but having the example scripts based on external, unpopular resources is not fine. All the examples should run out of the box.
